With Chartered Regional Boards of Officials: We share relevant user information with affiliated regional boards for operational coordination; those boards will use your data for onboarding, organizational communications, and referee assignments.

Under 13: We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Any DOB entry that indicates an age under 13 is validated client-side and never sent to Firestore, Firebase Storage, or any other backend service; such data is purged locally.
